A consistently high standard of quality, the continuous improvement of our work processes and the permanent focus on client needs are top priorities at HERATAX.
We are proud to meet the DATEV requirements for a Digital Law Firm and the DStV quality seal of the German Tax Association.
DStV seal
The highest quality standards are indispensable in tax consulting. The DStV quality seal documents that the firm meets a uniformly high quality standard throughout Germany. The firm’s processes are thus subject to constant monitoring and a continuous improvement process.
The quality seal is conceptually based on the requirements of ISO 9001 and has been expanded to include the legal, professional and client-specific requirements of tax consulting.
In 2009, our firm first began implementing quality assurance measures in its process flows. Over the years, these have been continuously modified and improved, resulting in our being awarded the quality seal of the German Association of Tax Consultants (Deutscher Steuerberaterverband e.V.).
DStV seal
There are currently over 55,000 tax consulting firms in Germany, of which only 353 tax consulting firms have been awarded the DStV seal. In Hamburg, we are one of 3 law firms with the DStV seal.
